50th Anniversary Weekend Agenda

Thursday, September 14:

9:00 a.m. - 50th Anniversary All School Chapel for students

Friday, September 15: 

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. School Open House : Come and visit with us on both campuses! We invite previous staff members to enjoy breakfast at the Fox Hill campus for a visit. Shuttles will run to take you to the Willow Oaks campus as well so you may visit both campuses while you are here!

4:00 p.m.: School, Childcare, and Church offices will close so current staff may enjoy anniversary activities.

5:00-6:30 p.m.: Cocktail Reception at Marriott Hotel

6:30- 10:00 p.m.: Special Dinner Event at Marriott Hotel (tickets available for purchase)

Saturday, September 16:

1:00p.m.-4:00 p.m.: 50th Anniversary Picnic

Family Fun at no cost! Come join us for food and fun with hay rides, snow cones, a bounce house, and more! Fun activities are planned for every 30 minutes. If you would like to volunteer to help with activities, please call the school and let them know!

Sunday, September 17:

9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: 50th Anniversary Church Service: Please join us for our church service as we install our current staff and also recognize past staff (reception to follow).

 

Ticket Information and Pricing:

Tickets are available for purchase at both campuses. Tickets for this event cost $40 per person. Your ticket will include appetizers, dinner, and dessert! There will also be a cash bar available at the event. For more information, please contact ldadez@gloriadei.net.  Ticket sales will begin Wednesday, August 8, and end Friday, September 8. Please pay for tickets with cash or check made out to GDLS.

Fundraising Information:

If you are interested in purchasing a 50th Anniversary t-shirt, you can print the order form here! Please print and complete your order form and drop it off with payment at the Fox Hill campus!

Do you own or work at a business in our area? Would you like to help us raise money to help with our event? We are creating a program booklet featuring local businesses to hand out at our event. If your business would like to purchase a page or portion of a page to help support Gloria Dei it would be greatly appreciated. You can find the form here! Please complete the form and return it to the school with payment by Thursday, August 31.
